Capricornio prides itself for their extreme intentionality in the work that they do at Fazenda California. They might actually be the key example globally to all farms who aim specifically to be regenerative. They maintain the highest level of standards and integrity when it comes to the coffees the that are grown at Fazenda California by Luiz Saldanha or sourced within their network of partnering farms that participate in Capricornio’s Four Seasons Project.

The Capricornio Blend Haven series or also known as Em Florecer in Portuguese is comprised of naturally processed Mundo Novo cherries. The coffees were sourced from Fazenda California located in the Paraná state of Brazil. Each lot produced on the farm is strictly separated, milled, cupped and recorded in order to track a wide span of critical analytics with each of the coffees. Some key sensory analytics that are gathered during this process is to identify the cup qualities of each coffee and identify the specific flavor profiles tied to each individual lot produced on the farm.  This is the first year having this Brazil and we couldn’t be happier with it.  This coffee represents what Brazil coffee is loved for.  It’s hard to find a sweeter , chocolate forward coffee that can be enjoyed daily as this one can .
